Please I got a problem, I swiped my blackberry classic data and restored it and when I installed Facebook it didn't synchronise my contacts and what found strange that the facebook up (browser one) is working now but don't synch my contacts, and if I open the settings and put 'add account' I don't find the facebook logo! Who can help me please.
Note that I exported my facebook contacts from yahoo to Gmail and did the synchronisation but it didn't show a damn thing it's just names without even photos neither facebook links or emails

Experiencing the same. Don't know how to resolve it. Still looking for some threads on how to fix this. Being a BB user is now getting too frustrating.

Facebook bailed on their support for the BB10 app in 2016. If you wipe your phone, you can no longer have contacts sync to your device.

If you know how to sideload bar files to your phone, you might try this solution. (I have not tested it... so you have to try it for yourself.)
