    Do you mean a Windows executable? No.
    Just so you know, though, Windows isn't the only OS that uses an .exe format.

    You can't just run software from one operating system on any other one. That requires a runtime or a virtual machine.
    Software is written in a development framework for specific CPU architecture. To use software designed for Windows on a phone, you would have to have the source code and the proper development framework in place on the platform you want to use it. It has to then be compiled for that platform.
    You can't just copy files and it will run. That would be like filling a petrol engine's tank with diesel and expecting it to run.
