Hi, I bought BB Key 2 in USA (version BBF100-2) and I use american SIM Card from T-Mobile in this device and it works ok, but when I am trying to use european SIM card (Orange) it does not work.
What can I, actually, do...?

1. Where are you attempting to use the EU sim?
2. Is your phone unlocked?
3. Elaborate on what you mean by "not working".

1. IN USA. But I'm going back to Europe soon.
2. "GSM unlocked" - That's what seller wrote in the ad on ebay.
3. Mobile network does not work. Internet via Wi-Fi works, but the phone has no cellular network.

The seller wrote that it will work in Europe (exactly in Poland)....
I have here in the US, a Blackberry Key one, which I bought in Poland, and the European SIM card works fine in it.
