Hello, I am using BlackBerry Z10, I am trying to update to 10.3 from 10.2 OS, at the first the update size was 1006 Mb, I downloaded the update completely, after installing 1000 Mb out of 1006 Mb, it showed an error and it started downloading the update again, but now the update size is 1.5 GB, what is the problem...?? is there any error in the device that the update is not being installed and the update size increased..?? Please help..

You might just want to try installing the update via BlackBerry Link if you continue to have errors downloading it on device. Hard to say what the issue is you're having but clearly, there's an issue and Link might resolve that.

Can you please tell the original update size that is being provided by BlackBerry..??

Is this you are downloading for the first time or before you have downloaded an update previously after which you are downloading this 1.6 update again..??
