Have you tried to "refresh BBW" in the BBW general settings?

Try to select your payment options from System Settings rather than from BBW.

I was researching and I hear people verifying there paypal via Web with BBW

There was even a update that came out the 15 of this month, blackberry payment options (update)
Even.when I updated it, Same problem occurs
I recently purchased from eBay so I know it is not my PayPal
