    So last time I tried to do a full backup but in the end said that media and contacts couldn't be backed up...tried two times! Any suggestion?

    You should try backup pro in BlackBerry App World. Does contacts as well as other things, well worth the money

    How full is the hard drive on your computer?

    Edit: Just did a full backup on airplane mode. The only error I got was on Amazon.

    I don't want to spend any money if I have BlackBerry Link. I don't know now but I doubt that it's not of enough space if that what you are saying

    Just spend the money. Backup Pro or Ultimate Backup are great and well worth it.

    You either have an issue with your computer setup, or you have corruption on your device that is causing Link to fail. For the latter, the use of a third party backup app, and an OS reload (or security wipe) will get rid of that.

    I tried another one and now says that couldn't backup appstore, navfree, different errors...I must say that I'm on another computer Because my laptop it's repairing, so I installed link on my desktop computer, it's this computer causing this?? I hoping upgrade to 10.3.2 via ota so I need a backup before in case something happens. Or a backup of 10.3.1.1779 its not important after a update to 10.3.2

    What is it exactly you care about backing up and not losing? Apps can be reinstalled, contacts can be synced with most email providers, appstore? What appstore?

    Amazon appstore I guess. All of it, of course. Media, contacts, settings,I don't want to setting up this again, but that's not the main issue, because after the new os update don't matter this old update, the question here is the error and cannot find the solution

    Dunno, like I said the only error I got was on Amazon on a full backup and I could less if it backs up the Amazon store as everything is stored in the app.
