Blackberry Classic. I'm getting emails to my outlook account on my laptop but nothing turns up on the blackberry. BUT, say I have an email on laptop from Jack Smith. If I search "Jack Smith" on bb it finds it and says it's in the inbox folder. So the emails are there, they just don't show up in the inbox unless I search. Last email that "shows" on bb was Monday lunchtime. I've tried re-syncing passwords, re-syncing via settings, etc. Any ideas?

Can you see them in their seperate account? If that's the case, go to settings > hub management > select the account > enable show in both.

Can't see them in any account unless I search for a specific name. Tried the thing you showed above - settings were already correct. Thanks for trying!

Have you restarted your hub? Swipe in from top right five times and it will restart.

Also are older messages showing and not just new ones?

Yes older ones are fine. Tried a restart - no change. All very odd.

I know it's kind of a pain but have you tried deleting and readding the account?

Do you have your inbox set to sync? And if so, at what interval? You'll know by going into the seperate account and tapping on the top. It should look like this.

Altough I guess you have it set correctly, otherwise the mails shouldn't pop up after a search. It's worth the check still.
