My email notification works only intermittently. I have rebooted several times with little result. I am using a Key2 LE. All notification are set and volume is full. I am reading that this is a known issue. Does anybody have a solution?

You're referring to the HUB? Who is your provider?
Make sure ALL permissions are granted in both HUB+ Services and Inbox apps, enable "help receive emails quicker", set sync interval to 5 minutes, and make sure battery optimisations are turned off for both apps.
