I use BlackBerry Z10, when I plug in ear phone the phone automatic adjusted and the following words come.."reading contacts...starting Vsuite" after that no sound come through earphone when i played music or videos

Sounds like your Nuance VSuite app is buggy.
Try deleting that app to see if the issue clears up or poke through it's setting to see if there is something that locks out your media playback if it is waiting for voice commands/dictations.
