    My Q10's bluetooth stopped working since I upgraded its OS last year from 10.2 to the10.3.2.226 am currently using. I have asked the technician to reload the BlackBerry phone about three times when I felt it was a software issue but the problem persisted. The mobile hotspot usually brings up an error message about the regulations that prohibits its usage.
    I would be very grateful if someone could just assist

    Yes. My carrier says they support mobile hotspot. The hotspot functionality was perfect when my OS was 10.2 but the upgrade was what triggered the bluetooth and mobile hotspot problem.

    If you are certain the problems only arose after the upgrade but a reload has not corrected the issue you may want to consider an autoloader for a more recent OS version.
