Why my dtek60 is not charging while switched on condition,
itz only charge when I restart my device once or if I unplugged the charger it again stop taking charging plz suggest me wht to do

Sounds software related, I'd suggest trying a hard reset. And if all else fails try a factory reset. Have you tried different charging bricks? the qualcomm quick charge bricks require communication with soc to begin charge. Maybe try another brick or usb port on your pc see if its recognized. Might just be a faulty charging brick . Let us know how it goes

I have tried every thing but still facing the same problem.

Use your old charger. Just plug the dtek60 USB into that. Same happened to me.

Plug your device into the original charger and hold the power button down for 12 seconds

No idea mate. Mine had the issue of not charging or charging really slow when I used the dtek60 fast chargers. I just use my old BlackBerry chargers instead and they work fine.
