    My blackberry dtek60 home and square button do not respond. On pressing power button for 3 sec I get an option in the menu "take bug report".

    Due to issue in soft home and square button issue my phone has become almost unusable.

    Please help.

    That's odd. Did you drop the phone?
    You can do a factory reset and then reconfingure. (All DATA will be Lost)

    Should be something like:
    Press and hold Volume up and Power button at the same time until you boot into the Android system recovery.
