    After loading the latest OS update my DTEK is showing my device security has moved from good to poor and the device OS is compromised. How can I get back to a prior OS version.

    Well, that depends. Do you want to futz around with it and actually try to fix it or do you just want to get it back to a working order and move on with your life. If you just want to move on... backup whatever you can, wipe your device and tada! It'll start up fresh.

    Short answer is downgrade the app to the initial version and wait for update or wipe the device.
