    What does this mean?

I can't find any way to change anything.

    My system is up-to-date.
My old phone was all Green - "Excellent".

    This phone is "Poor".

    Does it matter?
Can I make it Excellent? DTEK-screenshot_20220718_110201.jpg

Your new phone seems to be a pre-production model that has not been updated. What build number are you on? (Go to settings, about phone)

Your phone is on a build that was never released to the public as far as I can tell.
You will need to try run an autoloader to try update your firmware.

Anybody have the link to the autoloaders to help out?

Damn, assuming always messes with things. I was assuming Key2. Disregard my previous post.

My apologies, the phone you have is running the last AT&T firmware. I incorrectly thought you had a Key2.

Type *#837837# into the phone dialer to obtain your device PRD and report back.

If it's a pre-production model, there's no way to get it back to green. He might be able to install the updates but the unsecure warning will still be there

Every time I make a post here, I try to be really clear - but I always leave out an important detail!

    Yes; it's a KeyOne.

I'm in Australia, so ask me anything else that may be needed, too.

I pasted your code into my phone dialer, and this popped-up:DTEK-screenshot_20220719_091428.jpg

Well I'd have to say that there's no hope of clearing those DTEK findings as it has no reference point as to what it should be searching for.

Does the phone actually work? Can you make calls with it? If you paid good money for the phone I'd suggest getting a refund asap (If you can.)

In the end though the Keyone is a 5 year old phone that will never receive any further updates and will slowly start to lose ability to run new and old apps given that it is stuck on Android 8 forever.

But if you are happy with what it does DTEK aside well that's your decision to make.

    Thanks, Yamahammer.

The phone is great; beautiful. I Love it.
Everything seems to be working fine - great! - no problems.

Just this DTEK poor stood out to me, because I assumed it would be exactly the same as my old one.

I sadly know, one day, I will have to give up BBK1; I had to download some APK mirrors, as is, since Android 8 is outdated.

Does BBK2 use newer than Android 8?
    Or both are A8?

I was just using Netflix before, and it popped-up:
"a newer version is available. Do you want to download it?"
I clicked it, to check it out; but gPlay still says the Netflix App is not compatible with my phone.

BlackBerry days are the best days...

If and when you try to update apps from Google you will receive a message that DETEK is EOL it will then give you the option if you click on it to uninstall DETEK.
