I went backwards from 10.3 to 10.2 last week ( 64 GB micro sd issue, whatsapp no longer working coz of leaked OS and a few other reasons)
Since then the apps I download will either not finish installing, or when installed not open. When I try to open a (new) app, a blue "loading" line shows up at the bottom, and then at some point the whole thing simply closes.
Got 10.2.1.2977 at the moment. Never read about this kind of problem on CB
I know that I can refresh the app world in order to at least stop the endless installing, but still got the issue of new apps simply not oprning.
Need tips...

BlackBerry Link downloads a fresh copy of the operating system from BlackBerry servers, so it should be error free (for your particular problem, at least).

Use Preferences > Reload Device Software (in BlackBerry Link)

Do not use the restore function afterwards, download the apps using BlackBerry World or the other app stores.
