    How to downgrade my z10? I have 10.3.1

    Install the lower OS on top of the current install with an autoloader. Should work just like the current install.

    Why not upgrade to one of the 10.3.2 versions instead? Going back sometimes brings issues that are resolved in the later OS issues.

    actually my z10 is not charging,no network is coming and when i am opening the camera this error is coming "your device need to cool down before the camera can be used". so i found out another guy have the same problem but for q10 and somewhere else also i found that same problem with the z10 and they have written they fixed the problem by downgrading the version to 10.3.0. do you have any idea what to do.

    10.3.0 was never intended for the Z10, and has some memory management issues.

    Just try a current autoloader to see if your issues can be resolved.

    Regardless of version, if you've already tried a couple of clean installs with autoloaders (with no restore), then this does not appear to be a software problem.
