The closest thing I've found is an app called FeedMinder. It basically does everything Social Feeds does except display your Facebook feed.
You can choose all your RSS feeds, as well as twitter. It has push notifications, if you want them, to the hub. Reader mode as well. You can post/share to Facebook, Twitter, and BBM simultaneously.
It's almost as good as Social Feeds. I've tried pretty much everything out there.
