    When I pull down the notifications tab and tap Notable, it says "Notable will start capturing everything that's displayed on your screen." Is it constantly recording everything that appears on-screen as I use my phone throughout the day?

    It's an 'on-demand' function. It only captures when you're telling it to take a screenshot.
