    I'm returning my Keyone I purchased on Amazon back in May. I was one of the "lucky" ones that was able to get a Keyone before the back orders on Amazon. However, a few weeks ago my screen fell off so I'm returning the phone to blackberry for a replacement. The other two issues I've had was a weak reception and it was hard to hear people on phone calls, and they had a hard time to hear me. I assumed it was a speaker or software issue. Perhaps I got spoiled with the Passport which had a great speaker and excellent reception.

    My impression, coming from the Z30, is that there is something to BlackBerry's Natural Sound technology. On a windy day, people on the other end have no problems hearing me. On the KEYone, people on the other end complain about my voice being hard to hear.

    As for reception, I haven't had any issues.
