    I used to have one through att but it has been eliminated. Is there anyway to aquire a new blackberry email account or am I just limited to Gmail, yahoo, etc ON my blackberry smartphone? Thanks

    BlackBerry 10 does not have BIS anymore and no more email IDs. This is a highly demanded feature, though.

    BIS still exists for legacy phones (BIS data plan required), and some apps on BB10 like BBM (doesn't require a BIS data plan).
