    For the first time I am going to be in the Waterloo area for a week and figured I should take advantage of the time to check out BlackBerry, and for whatever reason I assumed they would offer tours. I just called the switchboard at their office and the friendly lady there said they do not.

    Is it true? Anyone know otherwise?

    If they offer tours inside their facility, then that would be one reason to visit Canada!
