    I'd love the new bb q10 but virgin uk don't sell it. I'm worried if I buy an unlocked one it might not accept the virgin network. I had problems a couple of years ago with an unlocked phone. I kept trying to get virgin to send the software to my phone but it never arrived. I was unable to use the internet and ended up having to buy another phone. Thanks ever so much for your time.

    Just make sure you buy the (unlocked) SQN100-3 model of the Q10, and you'll be good to go.
