i had to many bloat apps on blackberry bold 9930 so i hid the wallpapers i downloaded on blackberry world and i accidently hid the help app is there a way to get this app to show again and if so how thanks

Only way to get those back is to reload your OS. You probably didn't hide them but delete them. If you didn't delete them, what about doing a search on your phone?

Is been awhile since I last used a non BB10 device but I believe if you open the apps page and click the menu button there's an option to 'show all' apps then you can 'un-hide' them

Even when its hidden once u search help, it will be shown in the results.
To make it visible, go to home screen, tap Menu button and select show all icons.
