    I placed an order from shop.blackberry but I decided to buy it from other retailer.
    I called customer service and they said there is no cancellation policy.
    They told me to refuse to get a phone from courier guy and it will be sent back to warehouse and refund will be issued.

    Does anyone have this experience before?
    If so, Please tell me how it all went

    If the unit has not shipped, call your credit card company and cancel/refuse the transaction. That's the best way.
    If it has shipped, you can refuse the delivery, and then you will have to wait for the refund procedure to proceed.
    How long is that? Who knows......
