No confirmed plans to run full android on PP and a best guess is its unlikely to occur.
Current BB10 devices have an android runtime which allows use up to android 4.3. Although there are some "workarounds"Android use is increasingly limited and BlackBerry is legally prevented from additional improvements to ART.
If you want android on a BlackBerry the Priv is your only option for now.
