    Dear users,

I receive a webcron notification email into one of Gmail accounts on a regular basis. I want to keep these emails, archive them. On Gmail (server) I let it tag "webcron", mark it read and archive. They all show up in my Hub.

Some of the sync setting is shown below

Do not show certain emails in Hub (Gmail account)-img_20151025_065620.png

How can I avoid emails of the Webcron folder/tag show up in the Hub, please?

I'm not completely sure, but I think in Gmail you can let a filter skip the inbox. If you turn that on for your webcron filter, you should be good.

I've checked, the filter is set to skip the Inbox. It was on from the beginning.

Well, the following behavior is interesting. I received about 5 webcron emails over the night (1pc/hr). They sat in my inbox, even I opened them. Then I choose the folder called "webcron" at that particular account, for viewing. (note: the Gmail tag has been mapped to an account folder obviously). The folder didn't contain the emails received over night right away. The folder has been synced (no user interaction) and the emails appeared in the folder one by one. I moved back to the Hub view and the Webcron emails were not displayed in the list. They has been filtered as wished. So, where is the delayed trigger: in the Gmail or in the Hub?

Problem has been solved by enabling sync on the folder named Webcron.
