Since the upgrade to version 10.2 I have problems with my z10 camera no longer opens me and I have to restart the cell to activate it but not always manages well. With 10.3 group will stop this error?

You want to know if the 10.3 OS will help with this issue?
Possibly. If your camera doesn't open because of a hardware issue, then probably 10.3 isn't going to help. Has it always been this way?
