    Right, I've managed to connect my blackberry passport to my LG blueray home theater but when ever I try to use the 'play on' function on my passport it just says 'no devices available to play on' does anyone know where I'm going wrong?!

    I'm pretty sure you need to access the files the other way around: on your LG player, once DLNA is established with the Passport, look for the file you want to play, almost like using File Manager on the Bluray player.

    For example, if you have your phone hooked up to hdmi on your TV, you'd see "play on" and hdmi as an option.

    Your TV would need Miracast. Which is software on top of DLNA. Then you could play on.

    Nope sorry. Didn't pay attention that you had a Z10. Works on Q10, Z30 and later.
