Go to the BlackBerry World app store on your phone; you should see a promo section for T-Mobile Top Pics there if you're on their network. Download and install the WiFi Calling app; that should allow you to turn it off.

The name of the "app" is Wi-Fi calling by BlackBerry Limited, and it's under T-Mobile Top Picks>Business.

I'm running 10.2.1.2156, I will look for the t-mobile app. I tried to upgrade to 10.3 like my passport, but I have not been able to get it working. I'm not great with computers, but learning. I have snap and some other stuff side loaded. I love the z10. Passport is great too. Switch back and forth depends on my mood I guess. Thanks everyone for the help

I think the latest, wfc-capable OS for t-mo Z10 is version 10.2.1.3442. Works on mine. If you load that OS wfc app should just show up (with t-mo sim loaded).
