    Hi ,

    My Name is Pavan and I'm using the Blackberry Z10 Device for almost a year , Recently I've Been Facing some issue/problem in connecting the device to my desktop. After connecting my device to desktop and waiting for more than 2-3 mins I'm getting an error " Please Reconnect the Device".
    Can anyone from the forum can explain what might be the problem/issue that i 'm facing right now.

    Do you have the newest version of BB Link? A working cable? Have you rebooted recently on your PC and your phone? I would try all those things to see if anything gets better.
