    I believe 10.3.1 was pulled for the Z30 because of massive bugs.

    I'm confused because when I called att and asked when will 10.3.1 be available for my device they told me we don't launch the update for a unlocked phone they said it has to come from blackberry I called blackberry and they said it must come through carriers
