    I've already tried device switch and I successfully transferred all the files that I backed up.
    Are you using Media Card or the BBLink?
    When restoring your files using BBLink you need to input the same BB ID for you to restore your files but if you are using Media Card just simply insert the Media Card to the phone you are going to switch your files with and follow the instruction.
