    I bought used q10 and everything works fine but every 2 hours after all set up it asks for device password. First time I failed 10 times reset. 2nd time I actually set up the password but it didn't work. So reset
    Is there a way for it not show up? And yes I tried privacy section in setting and I turned it off.

    First thing you should have done is wipe the phone (or better use an Autoloader to reinstall the latest OS - 2 years old at this point). Then setup the phone with your BBID and Password.
