    This morning i accidentally dropped my leap and when i collected it from the ground, the screen went dark and the next second a message came aaying bberror bb10-0020. YouTube says i need to replace a battery but my battery was fine until that accident. Can i fix it?

    I'd open it and check connections.

    Next would be a new battery, but could be other issues after a fall...

    It worked itself after an hour or so, when I was attempting 16th reboot. There was no longer this message and it loaded the OS.
    Works great now. Thanks for the tip tho.
