I have managed to delete all my bbm contacts in the contacts app, but they are still in bbm - thankfully!!! But how do I get them back? I've tried rebooting

In bbm all is normal, just the contacts app gone bad...

The solution I found for this was the following:
Create a new contact
Copy the BBM pin of that contact and add it to the contact you just created (make sure this is in capitals)
Delete the contact in BBM
Re invite the contact from the contacts app
When the contact has accepted, open the contact in the contacts app, and you will see two BBM pins, one in capitals and one in lower case. This is the only difference between them. Delete the upper case one.
The contact will now finally show the BBM profile picture in the contacts app and let you call via BBM voice/video from the contacts app.
