Delay in Service , What to do

I.m new to this site and i'm going to share my experienc with you
It's my first time I purchased a blackberry , Z10 on 14 July and after update its OS my headphones stop responding even blackberry's headphones was not working.Then I went to authorized service centre of BB on 16 July 2014 at Ludhiana , they said they will send headset to the company for repair and it will take 15-20 days , then after 20 days they said your headset is in swapping process and it will take some time.
It's been 59 days i didn't receive my phone , I had sent lots of mails at [email protected] and every time i got the same response that allow us 7-10 days ,a few days ago I sent my mail to help@blackberry , they said that they need all info about my headset and service , I have sent them all details but they didn't respond after that .
I just want to know is anybody here faced the same problem , or know what to do , where to complain about them , it's been so long ,but i still didn't any satisfactory answer about that , i'm very frustrated and disappointed by their service.
