Looking for a good BB10 app to track data use, and have the ability to set a limit that once it is reached, data turns off unless a password is provided.

Like the default data management settings?

Yes like the built in data usage calculator but with an added password protection feature

In particular, I manage a small Non-profit organization and have 3 BB10 devices that I want to ensure the users don't go over data and if they reach the limit data would be turned off and require a password to turn on.

Then i'm not aware of an application that would allow this, assuming it's not integrated into the BES or what have you
