Have had catastrophic losses in trying to switch devices, sometimes loosing all of the notes field for some of the records. Other records lost completely in destination device. I am in New Hampshire and need help. Apparently, no data lost, but spread over four BlackBerry devices. Z30, Z10, Bold Touch and another BlackBerry before that. Contact Database is about 3K records.

To copy the data from one device to the other, you should use device switch. So pick two devices and copy the device from one to the other.
If you still need some data, then i dunno what you can do. switching will copy over all the info.
