on the OS 10 devices is there any way to set a custom ring notifcation (eg silent) for Unknown Numbers. i know the parental controls options you can allow only those in your contacts to call you but this is not what im looking for. i just want to block or at least set silent notifcation for all calls that have their number masked (eg telemarketers)

i don't want to install a 3rd party app to accomplish this either.
