[CrackBerry Question]

Need advice please. Have had Blackberry Curves 8520 and 9300 to date, v.5.0.0.977. I like the physical keyboard and emails direct to the phone. Also have some apps from Blackberry World. BIS stops 30 September. If I upgrade to KeyOne I’ll still have a physical keyboard - but I want to know if I would still get emails (Outlook, BT-Yahoo) direct to phone without going through either BB Hub or Gmail. Also will I keep my Blackberry World apps (games and a foreign dictionary)? Thanks.

You'll be starting over with a new OS (Android) from a different company (Google - Google Play) - Apps from BlackBerry World won't be available to you. But I suspect you'll be able to find others to accomplish the same functions.

You can use the BlackBerry HUB email application, or any other Android email application that works best for you. Most all support POP, IMAP and Activie Sync standards. There is no need for BIS, like there was for BBOS.
