    I am unable to load 10.3 on my Z30.

    I am getting an error message "Could not connect to Blackberry Device Manager".

    Welcome to the forums!

    Do the following:
    1. Using the Control Panel, uninstall BlackBerry Link;
    2. Run CCLeaner and fix the registry/clean the cache;
    3. Reboot the PC (gotta be a PC, no autoloaders for Mac);
    4. Download and install BlackBerry Link;
    5. Download the 10.3 autoloader;
    6. With Link running, plug the Z30 to the PC, let Link connect to it;
    7. Run the autoloader
