I'll deal for the most part with the 9900 side of this problem. I assume there are plenty of guides for syncing Android devices.

First, anything on your SD card (music, pictures, etc.) can just be transferred on the card to the new phone and then moved to the right folder location for Android with a file manager. Or you could transfer everything to a PC via USB or card reader and figure out how to sync your PC and android device, which would be worth learning anyways.

To transfer contacts, calendar appointments, memos, tasks, etc., you have a few options.

One of the easiest is to sign up for an account with memotoo.com. There are limits to how much content you can sync with a free account. If you have more content to sync, it costs USD $4.50 for a one-month subscription, which is all you would need to complete a transfer. You can sync your 9900 to Memotoo, and then sync your DTEK50 to your Memotoo account. Done.

If only your contacts exceed the memotoo limit, try intouchapp.com.

Alternatively, If you have a PC with Microsoft Outlook installed, you could use BlackBerry Desktop to transfer your contacts, calendar, tasks, memos, and other PIM data to Outlook, and then find the Android solution to sync with your Outlook client or MS Exchange service.
