Hey guys,

I may reload my OS on my z30 and just start from scratch. However my problem is my contacts. I can't sync my contacts to Gmail because to my understanding Gmail's service for BlackBerry 10 doesn't work anymore. I am not able to use Outlook either.

I found an app called ContactsImEx on the app store and it has great reviews. However I don't know how to use it what so ever. I don't know what CSV is and I'm stuck.

Can anyone explain how to use this app?

OR

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can sync my contacts? I'd like the method to involve a 2 way sync.

Ex: I'd like to sync my contacts from BlackBerry 10 to something. And that something needs to be able to sync it back to my z30.

Get the app called Back up pro from bbw it backs up a lot of diff items either to a cloud service or your sd card, i use it and its the best so far .
