    I have BlackBerry Z10 and since I upgraded to 10.3 the contacts doesn't show up on any android application like viber or truecaller or any android application and I don't know what to do so anyone can help me with that?

    Check if those Android apps ask for the Contacts permission. I don't have any Android apps installed, but I would start checking under Settings>Security and Privacy>Application Permissions.

    That's cause for some reason Android apps read contacts which are saved on the sim card.

    Move all contacts to sim and refresh. That should do the trick!

    They ask for the permission and I said yes for it

    Depends on your preference...I have been directly saving contacts to my sim.

    IMHO, that is not a great idea. SIM card storage can get funky. Back up, maybe. I ran an Android email client for a while and it had no trouble seeing my contacts on my phone.
