    Going through each contact and clicking "Links" --> "Unlink" takes entirely too long with 3000 contacts. Just upgraded to new OS. Is it possible now to turn off this contact link feature? Thank you for help.

    Yes. Contacts, Settings, Unmerge Existing Contacts.
