    Hi

    Sorry, I might sound extremely stupid but I suppose I have to start somewhere.

    I am running a Blackberry 9900, Windows 8 and have outlook 2013 installed.

    The desktop manager will not sync my contacts to/from Outlook. I have read that BB doesn't support Outlook 2013 but im not that technically minded :-)

    oh yes, I am using gmail as the email account on my phone

    http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...utlook-799161/ may be you can read this thread, but I do believe that outlook 2013 is not currently supported by the latest desktop software.

    when setting up your email be sure to choose sync contacts, then get one of the contact apps in BBW that can be backed up to your sd card, then just back up every week and delete the older one,
