Why doesn't my saved contacts name shows up in the heading of the message only there number?
There names only shows within the text when they reply.

Try a hard reset, by holding the power button down until you see the blue loading circle,
Did that but it doesn't help.

If that particular contact name or number exist on both sim and phone contacts and even on you social accounts that will be the result coz your phone will be confused reading multiple phone contact entry all with the same contact number. Be sure not to duplicate.
