Are there any fix for this problem?
It cuts my contact's names, and I'm not able to edit to add anything

Contacts name? In your address book? What? That's not true....
Quick way to test is to do a full backup, wipe phone test contact to see if it still is limited to 9 characters. If it is NOT then try a restore of all data except contact. See if issue persists. If not then restore contacts, test again to see if issue persists. If not then issue resolved, if it does persist after last restore then issue is with the database and you will need to do it all over again except for ther contacts.
Those would then need to be added manually or from a good backup.
Some old SIM cards had issues like that.. so if for any weird reason still save contacts to SIM instead of connected to a cloud, that 'could' be the problem...
I had the same problem but instead of 9 characters it was 13 characters, to get around it I just re-added the contact and then it over wrote the other one.

I have same problem, my limit is 7 characters, but only when i'm adding contacts on SIM card. When i choose to save only "Local" there is no character limit and i think problem is related to SIM card. The strangest thing is my SIM is not so old, actually from last year, Nano SIM from my ex iPhone 5S.
Lol, my sim card is less than two months old :P
There was no longer before, so why now?

That's can kill human " don't try it at home " :P
Well, back up, wipe, and restore but the problem didn't solved.
Here's a question, how to not include contact in the back up?

I had the same problem on my Key2. What solved it was exporting all contacts from the SIM to the MicroSD card, using the step-by-step instructions here: https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/...nd-your-phone/
A cold reboot after that still didn't solve the problem, so for lack of any other options I did Search for Duplicates in my Contacts and linked all the duplicate contacts found, which are apparently still on the SIM, along with the copy of them I had just created on the SD card.
Only after linking the duplicates was I able to add new contacts without the "Error, contact name is too long" message or any other nonsense.
By the way, there is nothing about this in the Key2 user guide here: https://s3.amazonaws.com/bb-pdfs/pdf...-6+English.pdf
