[CrackBerry Question]

Had my BlackBerry passport for a few years and new had problems until last few months.Reset does not help.
Not pressing any keys on side.
During calls the mute button on the screen is activated and flicks between mute and mute so no one can hear me,but I can hear them.

Sounds like your mute button is sticky.

That is so weird. Mine just started doing that today. Not in calls, but on the home screen, it keeps randomly either playing music or activating the Assistant. Before I hit it with some contact cleaner, does anyone have any better ideas (yes, I've restarted it many times, no, I have no interest in reformatting it).
