I use PT for custom notifications. If I'm listening to music using the BB native music app (which is terrible) the vibration & ringtone for an sms will play just fine.

If I'm using Neutron, no ringtone or vibration will play, an sms will just appear & at some point I'll notice.

Anyone know how to get my ringtone & vibration to occur while using Neutron? I've been all thru the settings for both apps to no avail.

Soapbox side note: BlackBerry not being able to develop an app as basic as a music player w/out a **** load of problems is part of the reason why people laugh at me when they see my z10.
